There are eighty-two schools in the Pasco County School District, including charter schools. Twelve are high schools, fifteen are middle schools, forty-five are elementary schools, four are educational centers, five are charter schools, and one is a virtual school.

Zephyr Hills has Heritage Academy and Zephyr Hills Christian Academy. Dade City offers East Pasco Adventist Academy and Gospel Assembly Christian School. The World of Knowledge Montessori School is located in Holiday, while the Saddlebrook Preparatory School is in Wesley Chapel.
